Connection to Hub timed out: connect timed out


When installing Upsource and using an external Hub service I get the following error: Connection to Hub timed out: connect timed out. 
I have no clue what the problem is because I can access the Hub service on the entered address.

Do Upsource logs have any extended exception? Are you able to open Hub from the same machine where Upsource is installed?

They didn't and I can't because it's a headless server.

But this morning I found out that it had to do with my VPN service because when I turned of my VPN and tried it again it worked.

So the issue is resolved.
