We upgraded today from Upsource 2.5 to Upsource 2017.1.1821. All is going well but there seems to be some issue with LDAP configuration/functionality.
Only few folks were able to login to Upsource using their LDAP credentials and it was failing for rest of the folks with error saying :- Cannot retrieve LDAP user profile details
I have uploaded logs to FTP server’s .uploads folder under name “Optymyze 4 April 2017.zip”. Please go through them and let us know if we need to do any changes to configuration.
