upsource user account

Hi,

how can i check wich users are counted against the upsource license count?

uposruce Build 2021.1.13262 [18-05-2021 14:37] ZIP Installation with buildin-hub

I currently have a user  ‘A’ that should have access to teamcity through the hub  to view builds and download artifacts.

In the hub, that user ‘A’
* is on only part of the ‘All users’ Group (no other groups, not even the ‘registered users’ group)
* the ‘All Users’ group has no roles assigned to it

This user ‘A’  can login to team city AND upsource.
And appears to be counted toward the upsource licenses.
Explicitly banning  the user  frees 1 upsource license. 
But also prevent the user from login into teamcity!

How can I ensure that this user can login to teamcity, while restricting it's access to upsource so that it does not count towards the upsource licenses?
