Internet explorer does not work with UpSource

When using Internet Explorer to access upsource, it gives the this message about cookies (see attached image) even though cookies (and JavaScript) are both enabled in the browser.

Is there anyone else running into this problem? Any suggestions I should try?

We are not really familiar with enabling cookies in Internet Explorer, but could you please clarify how had you made sure that they are?
