Does the server where upsource is hosted needs to be always on?

I'm about to setup Upsource at Google Compute Engine, they  have a great way of pricing, they charge by the time the server is on, so, my question: is it necesary to have the server always on, or is there a way in which we could wait until the server is on to upload the changes?

Hi Jonathan,

To be honest we didn't keep such scenario in mind but looks like it should work. Upsource remembers latest processed revision and if you turn it off it will start processing from these revision upon the next start.

Please note that it might take some time to fetch all revisions/contents that were produced while Upsource machine was turned off.
