Error building commits graph for ProjectId

Upsource fails to build commits graph on start page of the project. When I've just created the project and Upsource was indexing the project commit graph has been displayed.
Log from logs/upsource-frontend/error.log:

Hi Sasha,

Thanks for your request.

If you faced this issue only once, no steps are required, but if you see it constantly, restart should help.

We are aware of this bug and fix should be included in the next product version.

Thanks in advance.

I have similar issue with just installed upsource.

I tried to create new project but got following errors:

11:49:54: Check for VCS changes completed with errors. jetbrains.vcs.server.api.VcsServiceException: Failed to construct commits graph for test{mappings: 1, mounts: 0}. Failed to construct graph for test:test. Failed to collect commits graph for test:test. jetbrains.buildServer.vcs.VcsException: Fail to update 'refs/heads/Performance' (LOCK_FAILURE).
11:49:54: Project test init failed due to unrecoverable VCS problem: Failed to import commits graph

How to solve them?
