Cannot not start, getting error "Parent for temp dir not configured correctly: writeable=false"

[Upsource Error] [2015-09-02 07:55:20,278]  ERROR -                 bundle.startup - Error while starting JetBrains Upsource 2.0: Parent for temp dir not configured correctly: writeable=false



What does thsis mean?

I have tried:
- Setting temp-dir to a directory where it and its parent are 777
- Not setting temp-dir

But I still get this error.

Could you please zip and post conf folder from Upsource home directory?
