Scheduled backups not being performed

I'm on upsource-2.5.4995 and in administration have set back up schedule to backup every 24 hours.

 

This back up is not taking place, here is an ls- l of the backup directory:

Nothing in the upsource-stderr.log. Any ideas?

Hi Andrew,

There should be some explanation of the matte in the log files.

Could you please archive logs folder from Upsource home directory and upload it to our ftp?

ftp://ftp.intellij.net/.uploads. If you receive the permission denied error on an upload attempt, please rename the file. It's OK that you do not see the file listing on the FTP. The FTP accepts standard anonymous credentials: username: "anonymous", password: "<your e-mail>". In addition to usual, unencrypted connections, TLS ones are also supported. In case of access issues, time-out errors, etc. please try using passive FTP mode.

When done, please let me know archive name.
