Upsource Project Not Updating and Lost a Branch

I have an upsource project that has stopped picking up new commits and it is also not showing one of the branches from the repo that it had been showing in the past.  I recently upgraded to 2019.1.1460 and that project worked for 3 days after that and then stopped.  The rest of the projects seem to be working just fine but I will have to take a closer look now.

Is there a way to reset the project and not lose the reviews that were done?
