Review exists before code is existing

We created a ticket in our youtrack instance.

Then we fixed the issue and pushed the code into our git repository.
Then we wanted to do the code-review in upsource but the review was reported as done over one year before the issue was reported.

We had several of similar problems in the past.
How can we solve this problem?
