can not connect to svn server via https when using upsource installed with docker

When creating a project, it prompts that it cannot connect to the svn server. I tried to find the answer from the Internet and found that others have solved the problem by adding a key repository to the jvm. But I cannot find the same path, I am using the official docker image. What should I do?
