Yes, we are having the same issue. We sent the logs to JetBrains and are waiting for them to get back to us.

Apologies for the delay in responding.In case this helps anyone else: We increased the amount of RAM in the virtual machine to 16 GB and the problem went away.

As per my original post, the command line shows Upsource as running.But the service does not appear to be started when viewed through Windows.The developers can't use the product. When this happens...
